The venue was well-maintained and well-appointed. I enjoyed the convenient location, just a short walk to downtown Catania and the street views. the perfect location within walking distance of all the main sightseeing spots made...  

Came here for shopping, recommendable. The continental breakfast was adequate, had a huge variety of options. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and overall the room was lovely sized and functional. The service was attentive with...  

The hotel is in the most ideal location of Catania.surrounded by cafes, restaurants, shopping and markets.The rooftop is absolutely gorgeous and the staff are very pampering.I highly recommend the Una hotel as your home away from home...  

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and particularly helpful the whole time of my stay. There was a magnificent bar and outstanding food at the rooftop restaurant.This was a really nice stay for 3 nights.

The hotel was very centrally located and we were easily able to walk to the principal attractions of Catania.

The hotel was clean but could stand to have the halls and rooms repainted. We spent a week travelling around Siciliy and were surprised at the price of the hotel after we stayed at several other hotels on the island of similiar level or higher for much less. I should say however that there did not seem to be similiar hotels in Catania.

The rooms are brand new and have all the necessary amenities, and the staff is efficient and can help with local recommendations.

I have contacted this hotel both by phone and by email to let them know that they charged us twice for the same hotel room....We booked under my credit card, arrived, stayed and then paid under my husband's hotel...we have provided proof of both charges...no one has contacted us or tried to fix the problem. I would not recommend this hotel.

It is situated at the centre of via Etnea for us it was the best street of Catania. For us it was also the best hotel we could see in Catania. Infront of the hotel there is the bus stop to and from airport which is excellent. The breakfast was excellent as well.

The dinner was not sufficient.

The accommodation here is lovely with good services, cleanliness, and a beautiful central location.

Nice in-house environment with very good service. Few things could be improved though like offering a space for coffee etc all day round with some provisions for the smokres

This Hotel is right in the middle of Catania and is very convenient as it is walking distance from center and next to bus lines to any destination. The hotel is elegant and the staff at the reception are very helpful. It is evident that the Hotel aims to serve well and to excell.

We had two rooms - the triple one was very large and the double "classic" was fair but a bit small. The buffet breakfast was fine but more vegetables/ salads would have made it even better. The hotelm is encouraged to buy a more serious juicer (with a handle) for the popular self squizzed orange juice...

The rooms here are bright and really nice, plus you get fresh towels every day. Just like the photo below, for example! 🌟

Certainly an excellent experience for shopping in Catania. Continental breakfast with well organised selection. Early check-in, generally admirable service.
